To expedite processing and verify this release, we now require our customers to provide us with a complete export of their ASM/ABM data.

Our goal is to minimize delays, prevent unnecessary value deductions, and guarantee a hassle-free process for you. This proactive approach will greatly enhance the seamless experience for all involved parties.

Step 1:

Log into Apple Business Manager and download your organizations devices from the 'Devices' area. This result will be a CSV file.

Step 2:

Upload the CSV here exactly as downloaded. You may rename the file if needed.
